CUET UG 2025 Guidelines: The second largest entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Common University Entrance Test - Undergraduate (CUET UG 2025) will begin tomorrow, May 13. The exam is being started tomorrow, five days after its originally scheduled date. In such a situation, all the candidates who are going to appear in the exam should carefully read the important guidelines related to the exam day. The guidelines related to the exam day are given below.

After the postponement, the NTA has released the admit card for the candidates appearing for the exam from May 13 to 16, which is available on the official website .

The exam will be conducted in 13 languages.

About 13.5 candidates have registered for the exam, which will cover 37 subjects, including 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, and a general aptitude test. The question paper will be set in 13 Indian languages - Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

CUET UG 2025 Guidelines: Key Guidelines for Exam Day
The CUET-UG exam will be conducted in three shifts. Shift 1 will be held from 9 am to 10 am, shift 2 from 12 pm to 1 pm, and the last shift from 3 pm to 4 pm. The NTA has also released important guidelines to be followed by all students for the exam.

Students must also carry their admit card along with a duly filled self-declaration form and a valid photo ID card to the exam center. Only those candidates will be allowed entry who will complete the frisking and document verification before the scheduled exam time.

Candidates are advised to arrive at least 2 hours before the exam. This means that the entry gates will open at 7 am for Shift 1, 10 am for Shift 2, and 12 noon for Shift 3.

NTA will not take any responsibility for any delay caused due to traffic jams, train or bus delays. Students who reach the exam centre late may miss out on important instructions that will be announced in the exam hall.

Each candidate will be allotted a seat, indicating the roll number. The seat allotment will be displayed on the day of the exam.

If applicable, a PWD certificate must be produced at the time of verification to allow extra time.

Candidates are required to check that the question paper displayed on the allotted computer is the same for which they had registered. If the question paper of the subject is different, they are required to inform the centre in charge immediately.

Candidates are not allowed to carry prohibited items inside the exam hall. Pencil boxes, handbags, mobile phones, calculators, cameras, or electronic items are not allowed inside the exam hall.

The result of students using unfair means or providing incorrect information will be cancelled.

For technical problems or assistance, first aid emergencies or any other information, students may contact the centre superintendent or invigilator.
