More than 64 jobs have come out in ISRO i.e. Indian Space Research Organization's Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC). These jobs are Technician-B, Draftsman-B, and Pharmacist-A. These jobs are special because initially, you will get a salary of Rs 21,700 to Rs 92,300 per month. This is a secure job, i.e. a central government job, i.e. life set. You will contribute to missions like Chandrayaan, and Mangalyaan. You will get many facilities like free medical, housing and transport.
Who can apply?
Now you must be thinking whether this job is for me or not. So let's know what qualifications are required for this.
Technician-B: There should be an ITI degree from a good institute. Like in electronics, fitter, welder, or machinist trade. Your degree and age should be completed by 16 June 2025.
Draftsman-B: ITI degree especially in mechanical or civil draftsman.
Pharmacist-A: D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) degree.
Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years (till 16 June 2025). SC/ST people will get 5 years of relaxation, and OBC people will get 3 years of relaxation. If you are PwBD (Divyang), Ex-Servicemen, or from another category, then you can get more relaxation.
How much salary will you get?
If you get selected for ISRO, then you will get different salaries for different posts.
Technician-B and Draftsman-B will get Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100 per month. Pharmacist-A will get Rs 29,200 to Rs 92,300 per month. If you become a pharmacist, then Rs 29,200 per month is confirmed in the beginning! And as your experience increases, the salary will also increase. Along with facilities like medical, canteen and housing for free.
How will the job be confirmed?
There are two easy steps to get a job in ISRO:
Give the paper (written test): In this, your education and general knowledge will be tested. Questions related to ITI or D.Pharma will be asked. Along with some maths, reasoning, and current affairs.
Practical check (skill test): If you pass the paper, then your skills will be checked in the next round. For example, a technician should know how to operate a machine. A draftsman should know how to make drawings and a pharmacist should know work related to medicines. Those who score well on both tests will get the job.

Register: Create your account on ISRO's National Career Service (NCS) portal.
Fill out the form: Click on Apply Now and enter your details. For example, name, education, and mobile number.
Upload documents: ITI or D.Pharma certificate, photo, signature and if SC/ST/OBC then upload its certificate. Pay the fee online. Fee details will be available in the notification.
