The terrorists created a network of overground workers for the Pahalgam attack, who helped the Pakistani terrorists involved in the FT attack. Farooq is a top commander of Lashkar and is hiding in PoK.
In the last two years, many terrorist attacks have been carried out with the help of the overground workers of this terrorist. The most cowardly terrorist attack is that of Pahalgam. He facilitates infiltration into Kashmir from three sectors of Pakistan. He has very good knowledge of the mountainous routes of the valley.
