Princess Kate debuts new look as she steps out in a Victoria Beckham olive two-piece

Kate Middleton has been slowly but surely returning to her public duties, and her latest look is a real fashion statement. Stepping out with the British Fashion Council to present the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design, Kate wowed in an olive green tailored suit from none other than British icon, .
