Corona may have disappeared from the headlines, but the danger is not completely over. As soon as we become careless, it can attack again. Therefore, it is important that we include some simple habits in our daily life. If you do this, Corona will run away from you.
Always wear a mask: Face masks are as important today as they were during the lockdown days. Wear a mask in crowded places. If you have a cold, wear a mask.
Do not be careless about cleaning your hands: We touch so many things throughout the day, like mobile, money, door handle. Therefore, we should wash them with soap. Along with this, always keep a sanitizer with you.
Keep away from crowds: Wherever there is a crowd, there is danger. Maintain social distance, especially in closed spaces. Be cautious at places like weddings, parties or fairs.
Keep immunity strong: Corona attacks a weak body quickly. Therefore, take a balanced diet like fruits and vegetables. Also keep the body active by doing yoga, pranayam and daily walk.
Get vaccination and checkup done from time to time: If booster dose of vaccine is pending, get it done immediately. Do not ignore mild fever or cough, consult a doctor immediately.
Avoid rumours: Trust the correct information, be cautious of false rumours spreading on social media. Follow the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation.
