Dr. Zaidi explains, Halim seeds are an excellent source of fiber, which improves digestion and eliminates the problem of constipation.

These seeds contain a good amount of vitamin C and antioxidants, which increase immunity. This can help you avoid falling sick frequently.
Beneficial for bones
Halim seeds contain calcium, which strengthens bones and prevents osteoporosis. Also, the iron present in them helps in curing anemia.
Skin, Hair and Weight Management
According to Dr. Zaidi, halim seeds contain vitamins A and E, which repair skin and hair cells and protect against sun damage. These seeds are also helpful in weight loss as they contain more fiber, which keeps the stomach full for a long time and prevents overeating.

How to consume?
According to Dr. Zaidi, for better results, you can make a special tonic from these seeds and drink it. For this you need-
- 2 tbsp halim seeds (soaked in water for 30-40 minutes)
- 1 glass of milk
- Mishri (according to taste)
- Chopped almonds, walnuts, dates
- Cardamom powder and
- Saffron will be needed.
Method of making
- For this, first boil the milk.
- After it comes to a boil, add soaked seeds, dry fruits, cardamom and saffron and cook on low flame for some time.
- Finally add sugar candy to the milk and stir.
- You can drink it either hot or cold.
Keep these things in mind
- Dr. Zaidi advises diabetic patients to consume this milk without sugar candy.
- Apart from this, almond milk or soy milk is better for those with lactose intolerance.
- At the same time, pregnant and breastfeeding women must consult a doctor before taking it.
