Chocolate lovers are in for a treat, as one one of the nation's best loved confectionary manufacturers Cadbury have been hard at work creating two brand new chocolate bars - and they're set to hit the shelves in a matter of days.
Bournville Salted Caramel and Bournville Chopped Hazelnut are the two new flavours that will soon be adorning supermarket aisles across the country, with a purse friendly price of just £2.20 (RRP) for the tasty 100g bars.
So far, the bars have only been listed on Sainsbury's, but other retailers are expected to follow in due course, meaning customers will never be too far away from one of the moreish bars, when a chocolate craving strike.
Speaking about the new launch, a spokesperson for Cadbury said: "We're excited to be introducing two delicious new flavours to our Cadbury Bournville range, Salted Caramel and Chopped Hazelnut.
"The new products will be available at retailers nationwide from late July and will be a permanent addition to our range."
The Bournville bars are just the latest in a line of brand new launches delighting fans this year, and come hot on the heels of May's launch of Dairy Milk Iced Latte flavour. The tasty treat, combines the iconic dairy milk chocolate we all know and love, with a creamy coffee flavoured filling and crunchy biscuit pieces.
The company also released a limited edition Summer collection as temperatures hotted up too, which saw four mouthwatering chocolate bars packaged in a special colour changing packaging that responded to temperature shifts.
2025 also saw the launch of a limited edition white chocolate dipped Cadbury's Twirl, which coated a traditional milk chocolate twirl in a thin layer of dreamy white chocolate.
However, while the new products have gone down a treat with fans, in order to make room for new creations, Cadbury's parent brand Modelez International made the difficult decision to discontinue a beloved biscuit bar.
Bournville fingers, a variant of the traditional Cadbury Dairy Milk finger biscuits, dipped in Bournville dark chocolate were sadly discontinued back in June, after just five years on our shelves.
The fan favourite had been widely praised by shoppers for its "moreish" taste, which was less sweet than it's Dairy Milk counterpart. It was also previously a huge hit with vegans for its milk free recipe, however this later changed when skimmed milk powder was later added.
