It might be a bit early to be thinking about Christmas, but with just 69 days to go, now is actually a pretty good time to start stocking up on presents. Le Creuset has just launched a Christmas mug collection, and fans of the brand can grab one of the four designs for under £8 by using a clever deal.

The Noël mugs are in Le Creuset's classic shape and have the same durability and quality you'd expect from the French brand. They're ideal for teas, coffees, cosy hot chocolates, or even a cheeky mulled wine over the festive period. Four seasonally appropriate designs-Santa, Rudolph, a snowman, and a Christmas tree-are set against a white background.

The mugs are made using chip-resistant, stain-resistant enamel, and Le Creuset says they can withstand temperatures up to 26C. The stoneware material also helps keep drinks warm for longer.

John Lewis is selling each mug individually for £23, but shoppers can get one for just £7.81 by signing up to TopCashback through this exclusive link. New members of the money-saving site get a £15 sign-up bonus plus cashback, bringing the final price down to under £8 after the cashback is processed.

Once you've signed up, search for John Lewis and buy the mug through the website. After the reductions, the mug will cost £7.81, and you'll receive the money back in your account within seven working days.

However, according to The Mirror, the discount isn't quite as generous for existing TopCashback members, as the £15 cashback is for new members only. If you're already a member, you'll end up getting the mugs for £22.81, which is still a bit cheaper than full price at John Lewis, but not quite the same bargain.

Early Christmas shoppers have already started to snap up the new range, with one review saying: "I bought two of these seasonal Le Creuset mugs. Quality is great, and it's nice to have a winter mug for yummy hot chocolate and marshmallows!"

Another said: "Brilliant mug to drink from, keeps liquids hot...Cheery Christmas designs".

A third review added that the mugs make great stocking stuffers: "This is an excellent choice for gifting. The Le Creuset name says quality, and the design and graphics say thoughtful."

However, although the product description claims that, like the brand's standard mugs, they are dishwasher safe, some reviews have warned that they experienced some issues.

One shopper, who got the Rudolph mug, said: "These are such beautiful mugs, but I do wish they were dishwasher safe! The reindeer is especially festive".

Another customer who got the Christmas tree print said: "The print is really pretty. It's disappointing that it only has print on one side. So from the outside, it looks like a standard Le Creuset mug. It's not dishwasher-proof, as expected."

This might be because of the gold appliqué on the designs, which can fade in the dishwasher, so it's worth remembering.
