London bus fire latest as double decker goes up in flames

A shocking clip of a double-decker bus ablaze has been posted online. The short video shows the bus on the North Circular A406 near Colney Hatch Lane, Muswell Hill, North London, burning at the side of the road whilst plumes of smoke billow into the air. Fierce flames are erupting from the rear of the vehicle.

One user of X shared the dramatic clip, commenting: "Double Decker bus on fire with blazing flames, near Colney Hatch Lane, N10." Another shared a picture of the bus, adding: "Suggest colleagues avoid the North Circular eastbound at Friern Barnet.

A policeman is in the foreground, running towards the vehicle.
