has a big decision to make this summer regarding future as he continues to reinvent himself at . Sancho received public support from two fellow United forwards after making history last weekend.

Ten Hag has struggled to improve his side's goalscoring woes this season; no top-half Premier League team has registered fewer.

Meanwhile, Sancho has shown the Dutchman what he's been missing since returning to Germany in January after a four-month exile from first-team training at Carrington.

The 24-year-old winger returned to Dortmund on a short loan in the winter and has helped the club reach the Champions League semi-finals.

BVB also look set to qualify for next season's competition despite sitting fifth in the Bundesliga, with Germany almost certain to pip England to the second coefficient spot.

Terzic's side suffered a 4-1 thrashing at RB Leipzig on Saturday, but it was a memorable afternoon for Sancho on an individual level.

Sancho netted a sensational goal to fire the visitors into the lead at the Red Bull Arena, becoming the highest-scoring Englishman in Bundesliga history with 40 strikes.

With his latest goal, the Three Lions star eclipsed former Nottingham Forest and Arsenal winger Tony Woodcock's tally across his spells at FC Koln and Fortuna Koln.

After the match, he wrote on Instagram: "A result to reflect on... thank you to the travelling fans who came to support us today!

"A bittersweet moment also for breaking the English record goal scorer in the Bundesliga, surpassing the legend Tony Woodcock!"

Sancho received a raft of support for his achievement, including from United teammate Marcus Rashford and wonderkid Shea Lacey.

Rashford sent two love heart emojis to his attacking partner, while Lacey commented "the man" on the post shared to his 9.8 million followers.

Despite Sancho's landmark strike, he's unlikely to boast the record for long due to Harry Kane's incredible maiden season at Bayern Munich.

Kane's brace in a 2-1 win against Eintracht Frankfurt on the same day boosted his Bundesliga haul to 35 goals, just five behind his fellow countryman's total in 82 fewer games.

The £86m striker has three league games remaining this season to surpass Sancho, but he has plenty more time, given he is expected to stay in Bavaria beyond the summer.
