Prince Louis may be a royal, but he is very similar to many other children, especially behind closed doors. While Louis, like his siblings, may be used to visiting Palaces, carriage processions and the royal treatment at big events, Prince William and Princess Kate try to keep his life as ordinary as possible at home, which seems to be going well.
From enjoying sports to collecting conkers and winding his siblings up - something William revealed just weeks ago - Louis seems to be living a life not too far different from others his age. However, while his behaviour, interests and hobbies may be the same as other young boys, his food preferences may not be.
Although the young royal no doubt enjoys sweet treats when he can, Kate once revealed that Louis has a very unusual favourite food.
This was revealed by the princess in 2019, when Louis was just a toddler.
Speaking to Mary Berry six years ago, Kate, now 43, spoke about what healthy food the family enjoy growing.
She said: "We've got carrots, beans, beetroot, a massive favourite, Louis absolutely loves beetroot."
As Louis loved beetroot as a toddler, it is believed that this is still the case, although it is not something Kate has spoken about for some time.

While Louis' love of beetroot may be slightly unusual for children his age, his father Prince William did reveal a more ordinary food item the young prince likes.
During a visit to the food distribution charity Surplus to Supper in April last year, William reportedly revealed that Louis and his siblings Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 10, eat spaghetti hoops.
A volunteer who spoke to William in the charity kitchen during the visit said: "He (Prince William) pointed at the food and said, 'That's spaghetti hoops'.
"And I asked, 'How do you know about spaghetti hoops?' and he said, 'I've got children'."
