The Judicial Recruitment Cell, High Court of Madras has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the Madras High Court Recruitment 2024 . As per the official schedule, the online registration process for the Madras High Court Recruitment will be open from April 28 to May 27, 2024. The Judicial Recruitment Cell, High Court of Madras aims to fill a total of 2,329 vacancies for Examiner, Reader, Senior Bailiff, Junior Bailiff/ Process Server, Process Writer, Xerox Operator, Driver, Copyist Attender, Office Assistant, Cleanliness worker/Scavenger, Gardener, Watchman / Nightwatchman, Nightwatchman – Masalchi, Watchman – Masalchi, Sweeper – Masalchi, Waterman / Waterwoman, Masalchi Posts through the recruitment drive.

Educational Qualification

Driver: Must have passed VIII standard AND Must possess a valid Driving License for driving Motor Vehicle
issued by a competent authority under the Motor Vehicles Act with a practical experience of driving motor vehicle for a period of not less than five years.

Office Assistant: The applicants must have cleared Class 8 or its equivalent on the date of notification.

Age (Driver, Office Assistant, and Copyist Attender)

Candidates should not have been born after 01.07.2006 and should have attained 18 years of age as on 01.07.2024. Upper-age relaxation is available to the candidates from the reserved categories.

Application Fee

(i) People from backward classes (excluding Muslim backward classes), backward class Muslims, and those from the most backward classes, denotified communities, and others, need to pay Rs. 500.

(ii) Scheduled Castes, including a subgroup called Arunthathiyars, and Scheduled Tribes from Tamil Nadu get total exemption from fees.

(iii) People with disabilities of at least 40% and destitute widows, regardless of their community, can get total exemption if they meet certain criteria, like having the necessary disability certification or widow status certification from specified authorities before the notification date.
