In a shocking incident, a woman died after a bomb she was carrying exploded in her hands in the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki.
According to police, the 38-year-old woman was carrying the bomb to place it nearby a bank around 5 am.

Police said that the woman has a history of taking part in several past robberies. Meanwhile, authorities are investigating her possible ties to extreme leftist groups.
